Please ensure that you include the complete claim number and the specific reason for the billback.
Examples: The incorrect part number was reimbursed, the incorrect labor was reimbursed, the wrong ESN was on the claim, etc.
Note: If the reasoning for the billback is missing labor/part(s) on the claim; then a copy claim should be completed for the missing item(s), instead of a billback.
