Q. How can I get Warranty Communications such as Memos, Campaigns, TRPs and Alerts?
If you are not receiving any or some Warranty Alert, Memo, Campaign, and TRP communications please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to quickserve.cummins.com
- Navigate to the Warranty section
- Select the Related Information Tab
- Look for the section titled “Warranty Communication Subscriptions” and click on the link
- Once you have opened the link you will see the subscription form
where you can enter your information and select which types of communications
you would like to receive and then submit the form.
