Q. Can I get the part back that I sent in for the Enhanced Parts Return process?
Please see the following note per Memo 1939:
Once parts are shipped to one of our return centers, Cummins cannot guarantee the return, or the replacement value, of parts received outside of standard warranty reimbursement guidelines.
We do not hold on to the parts after they have been examined, if they have a core value, they are sent on to the core management team so the dealers can recover the core value.
